Introduction of NdFeB permanent magnet
  • Product description
1. Brief Introduction

NdFeB magnet is mainly made of Neodymium, Iron and Boron, with excellent magnetic property, abundant raw material and reasonalbe prices, NdFeB Magnet can be used as an ideal magnet in mini-motor, permanent magnetic resonance, sound device magnetic suspension system, magnetic transmission machine and iatrical apparatus etc. For NdFeB, its surface is usually treated with some special methods. The surface treatment method include Zinc, Nickel, Tin, Silver, Gold plating, Phosphor and Spray Epoxy Resin etc.

Advantages: Better combination property, higher magnetic property, certain metal ductility.

Disadvantages: Because of easy oxidation, it needs coating; Owing to a defective temperature tolerance, it also has a higher requirement of temperature coeffcient.

2. Magnetic Properties of Sintered NdFeB Magnets
Besides the standard grade, we are able to offer as high grade as N54, 54M, 52H, 52SH, 50UH, 45EH and 35AH etc. Please click "Catalog download" for more detailed information.
